1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PyxelForge Invoice & Estimate System (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Overview

PyxelForge provides a cloud-based platform enabling businesses (“Clients”, “you”, or “your”) to create, manage, and send estimates and invoices to their own clients.

3. Account and Access

• Clients are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

4. Use of the Service

• You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes.

• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, including the accuracy and legality of estimates and invoices sent.

• You agree not to use the Service to send misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful documents.

5. Data Ownership

• All data inputted into the system, including client details, invoices, and estimates, remain the property of the respective Client.

• PyxelForge does not claim ownership over your content but may access it to provide support, ensure compliance with these terms, or for analytics in an aggregated, anonymized format.

6. Availability and Support

• While we aim for high availability, the Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Technical support is available via e-mail during business hours.

7. Billing and Payment (if applicable)

• If the Service is offered on a subscription basis, Clients agree to pay the associated fees in a timely manner.

• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

8. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.

• PyxelForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• PyxelForge is not liable for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

• PyxelForge’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your data.

11. Modifications

PyxelForge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Clients of any significant changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
